Ethical standards and professional practices as per SEBI regulations
As per SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, we adhere to the following code of conduct:
We shall act honestly, fairly, and in the best interests of our clients. We shall not engage in any fraud, deception, or manipulation.
We shall exercise due skill, care, and diligence while providing research services. All recommendations shall be based on thorough research and analysis.
We shall maintain a written policy for managing conflicts of interest. We shall not recommend securities in which we have a financial interest without making adequate disclosure.
We shall maintain confidentiality of client information and shall not disclose it to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
We shall deal fairly and transparently with all clients. We shall not discriminate between clients while providing research services.
We shall not guarantee, assure, or promise any returns on investments. All research recommendations are based on analysis and are subject to market risks.
We shall not execute any trades on behalf of clients. We only provide research recommendations; the decision to act on them rests solely with the client.
We shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations including SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
We shall maintain proper records of all research reports, recommendations, and client communications as required by SEBI.
We shall have a proper grievance redressal mechanism in place and shall resolve client complaints promptly and fairly.
Important: Violation of any of the above code of conduct is a serious matter and can be reported to SEBI through the SCORES portal (https://scores.gov.in).
